HighRadius has been consistently recognized as a market leader by Gartner, IDC, and Forrester.<br><br><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE-IV) with deep expertise in Java to design and build scalable, high-performance systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence architecture and best practices across teams.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <p>Good to have </p> <ul> <li>System Design:</li> <ul> <li>Create HLD and LLD for complex, distributed systems.</li> <li>Define architecture patterns, data flow, and integration points.</li> </ul> <li>Development:</li> <ul> <li>Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java, Python, or similar languages.</li> <li>Implement microservices and APIs with best practices.</li> </ul> <li>Performance & Scalability:</li> <ul> <li>Optimize systems for high availability and low latency.</li> </ul> <li>Collaboration:</li> <ul> <li>Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams.</li> <li>Mentor and guide junior engineers on design and coding standards.</li> </ul> <li>Code Reviews & Quality:</li> <ul> <li>Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and design principles.</li> </ul> </ul> <h3>Required Skills</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Experience: </strong>7+ years </li> <li>Strong experience in <strong>HLD and LLD</strong> for large-scale systems.</li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>Java, Python, or C++</strong>.</li> <li>Expertise in <strong>Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns</strong>.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Microservices Architecture</strong>, <strong>RESTful APIs</strong>, and <strong>Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)</strong>.</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>Databases</strong> (SQL/NoSQL) and <strong>Caching Mechanisms</strong>.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with <strong>Distributed Systems</strong>, <strong>Event-Driven Architecture</strong>, and <strong>Messaging Queues</strong>.</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>, <strong>Docker</strong>, and <strong>Kubernetes</strong>.</li> <li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li> </ul> <h3>Education</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.</li> </ul>
