Title and Summary Partner Campaign Manager Mastercard Services is seeking a Partner Campaign Manager to support partner content and partner marketing campaign execution. This role sits within the Services Partner Marketing team and is responsible for developing, engaging and executing partner campaigns and content for partners and their audiences globally. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who combines strong campaign skills with the ability to build collaborative campaigns that can be executed with and through partners. Success in this role will depend on strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, and the ability to create, engage, and report on success. Role Drive strategy and planning Develop and execute co-marketing strategies for partners that align with both the company's and partners' goals – to increase partner activations with minimal touch. Understand the campaign’s market, mutual objectives, and help define campaigns that leverage each party's strengths. This role will partner with product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, business development, and the integrated campaign teams to align campaigns to go-to-market priorities and business goals. Drive Scale Campaign Adoption Encourage partners to leverage internal Mastercard campaigns and scale campaigns as applicable, in collaboration with the integrated campaign team and partner marketing teams. Third-party agency Management Manage agencies handling partner campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution, knowledge sharing across initiatives, and building a library of best practices. Collaborate on creation of turnkey solutions for campaigns to enhance the co-marketing experience via third parties. Support Partner Campaign Creation Support creation of assets such as case studies, white papers, blogs, and social media content that highlight the partnership's value. This might also include creating enablement materials, such as playbooks and guides, for sales and marketing teams. Help develop and evolve audience-specific messaging and positioning frameworks that ensure consistency across campaigns and touchpoints. Partner with internal teams to turn solution positioning into scalable campaign narratives that strengthen partner alignment and impact. Track and Measure Performance to KPIs Evaluate campaigns and activations to identify best practices, benchmarks, and opportunities for improvement, facilitating campaign optimization across partners. Measure campaign success against key performance indicators such as partner activation, engagement metrics, and deal registration. Collect Feedback and Drive Continuous Improvement Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to continuously improve the effectiveness of partner marketing efforts. Cross-Functional Collaboration Build strong relationships across product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, field marketing, business development, and marketing operations to support integrated campaign execution. Work effectively across diverse teams and perspectives, using sound judgment and diplomacy to move work forward. All About You Required Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management or content strategy. Strong writing and storytelling skills, including experience creating content for business and technical audiences.
