About the Role: CrowdStrike is looking for a Partner Market Place Development Manager to drive growth from Germany into the European Channel landscape by expanding and optimising our MP/Distribution partner ecosystem. This is a newly created, strategically significant Partner Manager role with a dedicated focus on Schwarz Digit as a new strategic partner, with particular emphasis on advancing Sovereign Digitality initiatives. The role is responsible for bringing key focus areas — Marketplace, Distribution, and Reselling — to full operational momentum across the European Sales and Partner Organisation, while planning, developing, and taking lead ownership of elevating the existing business foundation to the next level. This role reports into the Channel and Alliance leadership for CEEUR, while operating across and beyond this region in a cross-functional, pan-European capacity. The position is a strategic cornerstone of both the regional go-to-market approach and CrowdStrike's global Sovereignty GTM strategy, carrying significant visibility and executive exposure. It offers an experienced local Partner Manager a compelling global perspective within a modern, AI-driven environment and a highly collaborative, cohesive team. The role works in close alignment with dedicated Pre-Sales and Marketing resources for Schwarz Digit, and extends its impact into the customer landscape of the Schwarz Group, as well as potential new and emerging business areas — such as, for example, Consumer — as they develop. The ideal candidate is a proven matrix operator, capable of navigating complex organisational structures while maintaining clear accountability and momentum. Structured execution, the development of a granular business plan, and the delivery of concrete pipeline measures form the operational backbone of this role. As a partner-facing position, it requires demonstrated field sales experience and a genuine willingness to travel regularly. This position is open to candidates located remotely in Germany.
