As we continue expanding across Europe, we're looking for a highly motivated, French-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business opportunities in the French market.

About the Role

As a French SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers throughout France and other French-speaking regions. You'll partner closely with Marketing and Account Executives to generate qualified sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and strategic outbound prospecting.

What You'll Do

Qualify inbound leads and identify sales opportunities.
Prospect into target accounts using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Build personalized outbound campaigns that generate meetings with decision-makers.
Research prospects and understand their business challenges.
Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach.
Meet and exceed monthly pipeline and meeting targets.
Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and account-based initiatives.
Continuously improve messaging through testing, coaching, and feedback.

What We're Looking For

Required

Native or professional fluency in French and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and coachable
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
