1.Responsible for calibration and testing of power electronics systems and components on test bench and vehicle (including torque control, temperature models, monitoring functions, diagnostic functions, etc.) 2.Develop detailed work plans and prepare calibration and test reports 3.Conduct functional requirements analysis and solution design, prepare functional development specifications, and coordinate development activities with software and hardware teams. Perform functional testing and optimization of prototypes/samples 4.Follow the product release process, execute and track release testing and process management throughout different prototype/sample development stages.  5.Responsible for performance testing and optimization of new platform products 6.Support system integration and calibration testing for localized product development 7.Support system-level troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution related to powertrain and electric drive systems. Master’s degree or above; with a background in power electronics engineering are preferred. 2+ years of relevant work experience;experience in the new energy vehicle powertrain assembly field is preferred. Familiarity with motor control  and skilled use of calibration tools (INCA / CANOE  ...)
