Lead Agile execution : orchestrate backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews/demos, and stakeholder alignment on priorities and trade-offs. UAT & change readiness : plan and run UAT, create user guides/training, support rollout, and stabilize post go-live. Quality & compliance : align with internal standards, policies, and applicable frameworks across the lifecycle. Mentor & uplift : coach junior BAs on analysis craft, stakeholder management, and Agile ways of working. Cross-functional collaboration : act as a trusted liaison between business units and engineering in a multinational context to ensure clarity and successful delivery. Success Metrics On-time releases of high-value workflow applications tied to explicit business outcomes. Requirement quality: low rework and low defect leakage to UAT/production. Stakeholder & customer satisfaction trending up (e.g., CSAT/NPS). Adoption & impact demonstrated by usage KPIs and process efficiency gains.
