The Team The Global Marketing Analytics Team is an unbiased Center of Excellence for Marketing, setting coordinated and consistent global standards for how campaigns, dashboards, metrics, reporting dimensions, and data science analyses are created, maintained, and used at scale. We define the ground rules, processes, tools, and operating model ensuring cohesion across our highly distributed marketing organization. We also act as the bridge between the marketing business and technology partners to ensure tech solutions reflect marketing needs. The Role We're seeking a talented Marketing Operations Senior Analyst to join our Campaign Operations team under Global Marketing Analytics . This team sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who loves clean data, obsesses over "source of truth" reporting, and speaks both Marketing and Product. You will be responsible for defining how we measure data integrity, translating business needs into technical requirements, and ensuring every launch is bug-free. Primary Responsibilities: Data Architecture & Taxonomy: Support defining and maintaining campaign reporting dimensions and standardized values to ensure data integrity across the entire marketing stack. Product Liaison & PRD Writing : Act as the primary bridge between Marketing and Product/Engineering. You will translate high-level marketing goals into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for technical teams to implement. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Launch Process: Lead the UAT process for all marketing technology deployments. You will create test plans, identify edge cases, and sign off on releases to ensure they meet business requirements. Process Optimization: Continuously audit the campaign lifecycle and our release process to identify bottlenecks and find optimization opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Analytics to validate reporting accuracy and with Campaign Managers to ensure technical constraints are understood during the planning phase. Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as support for campaign "breaks when data doesn't flow or a trigger fails, you will perform the root-cause analysis and coordinate the fix with the technical teams. Internal technical documentation: Build on and document our campaign object in a way that increases analytics and operations’ long-term efficiency and output. Enable and train marketing teams to become confident consumers of dashboards and other components of our data product. Required Knowledge and Skills: +4 years of experience in an analytical role BS/BA degree in marketing, economics, sales, business analytics, business or equivalent related experience. Technical Writing: Mastery of the PRD format. You can define "If-This-Then-That" logic and edge cases with extreme clarity. Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets Proficient in Tableau desktop or similar data visualization tool to parse large datasets. Proficient data exploration and analysis skills. Familiarity with marketing practices, marketing KPIs, marketing analytics. Strong probl
