Overview The Security Solutions Data Science team is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with an understanding of data science who is eager to take on the responsibility of managing a wide variety of data science projects. The person in this role will join a team of leading edge data scientists who use AI to secure the legitimate movement of money for everyone. We are working to solve fraud related problems for our customers through AI as a foundation for new product offerings. The Technical Program Management team enables smoother execution of the Security Solutions Data Science program to make our stakeholders’ lives easier. You will interact with data scientists, product managers, engineers, and senior leaders across partner teams in the organization to deliver complex projects. You will define roadmap deliverables, develop execution plans, align dependencies, track progress, anticipate risks, provide escalation management, make sound trade-off decisions, and translate technical expressions into business terminology. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. You are expected to be detail-oriented, with a solid technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. As a Senior Technical Program Manager for data science, you are expected to perform the following general responsibilities: Role • Develop and maintain the team strategy roadmap by translating business and technical priorities into clear initiatives, milestones, sequencing, and measurable outcomes • Partner across data science, engineering, product, and leadership teams to align roadmap priorities with business goals, platform strategy, capacity, and cross-team dependencies • Lead roadmap planning routines, including intake, prioritization, trade-off discussions, quarterly planning, progress reviews, and ongoing adjustments as team or business needs evolve • Provide visibility into roadmap health by tracking commitments, risks, dependencies, decision points, and delivery progress across strategic initiatives • Serve as the primary liaison between data science and engineering, managing day-to-day planning and execution of data science projects related to: • Data production and data pipelines spanning the data science organization • AI tooling initiatives for data science • Model monitoring, including tooling, AI engineering, and operati
