Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. ミッション 本ロールは、Salesforceが掲げるコアバリューの一つであるEqualityを体現すべく、主催するイベントのアクセシビリティ対応を担います。 加えて、ON24をはじめとするコーポレート公式デジタルイベントテクノロジー、ならびに日本ローカルで活用するイベントテクノロジーの導入・運営・改善をサポートします。プロジェクト方針やプロジェクトリーダーの指示を理解したうえで、確立された手順に従いインターフェースの設定・ローカライズ・Enablementを行い、ビジネスパートナーが効率的にツールを活用できるよう支援します。 また、AIおよびAgentforceの活用を通じてイベントオペレーションの効率化に取り組み、チームのAI Transformation（AIX）の推進に協力します。これらの取り組みを通じ、認知度向上・お客様エンゲージメント・商談創出・ACV拡大に貢献します。 業務内容 アクセシビリティ マーケティングが主催するコーポレートイベント・セミナーにおける会場およびイベントテクノロジーのアクセシビリティ対応を実施 イベントチーム、エージェンシーパートナー、Office of Accessibilityと連携し、参加者がSalesforceの最新イノベーションを体験できるインクルーシブなイベント運営を支援 アクセシビリティ施策へのAI活用をサポート イベントテクノロジー（コーポレート） ON24を含む本社導入イベントテクノロジーの日本における活用導入および運営サポートを担当 日本のユーザーニーズに応えるため、本社・ベンダー・チーム内で連携し、指示のもとカスタマイズ・機能調査・活用促進・改善・ユーザートレーニング・レポート作成を実施 ステークホルダーへのEnablementプログラムの実施をサポート イベントテクノロジー（日本ローカル） 日本固有の要件に適したイベントテクノロジーの導入・運営サポートを実施 ステークホルダー・ベンダーとのコミュニケーション、テスト、インターフェース・メールのカスタマイズを担当 AI・Agentforce活用によるオペレーション支援 AgentforceやSlack Botなどのデジタルレイバーを活用したイベントオペレーションの効率化をサポート 指示のもとAIツールの活用・運用を行い、チームのAIX推進に協力 Slack Workflowsおよびダッシュボードを活用した業務プロセスの自動化・可視化をサポート Webinar COE サポート Webinar COEのテクノロジーの品質向上をサポート Full Dashboardization・プロセス自動化の実施を担当 スキル／経験 必須 アクセシビリティを含む、より良いCXを実現するためのウェビナー・セミナー・イベントのオペレーション実践経験（1〜2年以上） ON24をはじめとするイベントテクノロジーおよびシステム連携の理解と実務経験 ステークホルダーの要件を理解し、指示のもと業務を遂行できるコミュニケーション力 確立された業務プロセスに沿った作業の実施 利用者向けガイド・ドキュメントの作成サポート Salesforce製品の基本的な理解 HTMLソースコードを用いた基本的なカスタマイズ AgentforceやSlack BotなどのAIツールを業務で活用する基本的な経験、または強い学習意欲 Slack Workflowsや生成AIを活用した業務プロセスのサポート経験、またはそれに準ずる意欲 歓迎 AIツールの業務活用経験 Slack WorkflowsやSlack Botなどのオートメーション活用経験 Full Dashboardizationなど、データの可視化・ダッシュボード構築経験 AIを活用したアクセシビリティ施策への関心・知見 共通 チームで協働するためのコラボレーション・コミュニケーション能力 変化を受け入れ対応できる柔軟性 ステークホルダーへのヒアリングを通じてビジネスプロセスを把握し、AI・テクノロジーを活用した改善につなげる意欲 本社・システムベンダーとの連携ができる英語ビジネスリーディング＆ライティング、および英会話（TOEIC 700程度） Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
