Sign in to apply<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Program Coordinator to help facilitate a seamless and inspiring interview experience for our candidates. You will report directly to the Early Talent Lead Program Manager and work collaboratively with our Recruiters to guarantee a smooth and captivating candidate journey. </p> <p>This is a hybrid role based out of ATX.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li> Interview Coordination:</li> <ul> <li>Maintain job postings on career websites and within our recruitment system, Greenhouse.</li> <li>Partner with Recruiters to organize high-volume phone and video interviews for our Intern, New Grad, and Sales Development candidates.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with interviewers to create a positive and welcoming candidate experience during interview sessions.</li> <li>Gather and synthesize valuable feedback from interviewers to continually enhance our selection process.</li> </ul> <li>Swag Management & Event Logistics:</li> <ul> <li>Assist in the creation, logistics, and shipping of promotional items and MongoDB materials for strategic events, including those related to Early Talent and Recruiting Events.</li> <li>Support the planning and scheduling of on-site events during the fall, spring, and summer.</li> <li>Coordinate and schedule pre-program training and events, such as Interview Training, Open House, and Summits.</li> </ul> <li>Candidate Experience & Onboarding:</li> <ul> <li>Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and updates throughout the interview process.</li> <li>Manage travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates when necessary.</li> <li>Support the creation, logistics, and shipping of candidate "keep warm" strategy materials.</li> <li>Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.</li> </ul> <li>Programs Engagement & Support:</li> <ul> <li>Coordinate the ordering of materials for welcome packages and organize shipping logistics.</li> <li>Distribute and collect surveys to gather valuable feedback and insights.</li> <li>Contribute to the successful execution of all programming events across Summer Internship Program, New Grad Rotational, and Sales Academy, including planning and organizing, scheduling and communications.</li> </ul> <li>Diverse Projects:</li> <ul> <li>Be adaptable and assist with diverse projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of our Early Talent Programs.</li> </ul> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>1-2 years of related experience in program coordination, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.</li> <li>Canva experience is a plus!</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear, professional materials.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and proactively address challenges.</li> <li>Strong research skills.</li> </ul> <p>To drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, we’re committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone.
