Electronic Systems Technical Specialist - Tools

The System Requirements Engineer is responsible for translating business and stakeholder needs into clear, complete, and verifiable technical requirements for electronic tools and embedded software systems. The role involves defining functional and non-functional requirements, documenting system interfaces and boundaries, identifying failure cases, supporting FMEA activities, and leading structured problem-solving with cross-functional stakeholders. The position works closely with product, software development, testing, supplier, and customer teams to ensure requirements are well understood, traceable, and aligned with product and business needs. The role also contributes to the development, verification, and continuous improvement of electronic tools and associated engineering processes.
