This is a hybrid role, based in San Jose, CA role, reporting to the VP, Product Management in the Product Management department. In this role, you will lead endpoint security, sandboxing, and anti-malware initiatives, shaping the strategic direction of our cybersecurity products and making a lasting impact on our global customer base. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Define and drive Zscaler Internet Access(ZIA) offering including TLS inspection, Post-Quantum Cryptography, PKI, Cryptography standards, and key Secure Web Gateway and Proxy product roadmap in alignment with company objectives and customer needs</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring products to market and ensure their success</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, gather product feedback, and identify new opportunities</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as the internal subject matter expert, providing training and support to sales and cross-functional teams</li> </ul> Who You Are (Success Profile) <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">You thrive in ambiguity.
