<p><strong>Field Marketing Manager, Mexico</strong></p> <p><strong>MKTQ127R3</strong></p> <p>As the Field Marketing Manager for Mexico, you will be the strategic bridge between marketing and sales for one of Databricks’ fastest-growing markets in LATAM. You will own how marketing translates into pipeline and revenue for Mexico—turning customer insights, sales priorities, and global programs into local, full-funnel demand. Reporting to the Director of Americas Field Marketing, you will be accountable for building a predictable, data-driven field marketing engine that accelerates sales success in the region.</p> <h3><strong>Impact Statement (What success looks like in 12–24 months)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Consistently meet or exceed agreed marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution targets for the Mexico business, with clear accountability for lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion.</li> <li>Establish an integrated, full-funnel field marketing engine that reliably converts priority accounts from awareness to active pipeline, improving lead-to-opportunity conversion rates and deal velocity versus baseline.</li> <li>Evolve field marketing in Mexico from event-centric execution to scalable, repeatable demand-generation motions that measurably increase sourced and influenced pipeline across priority industries and account tiers.</li> <li>Build a tight, trusted partnership with Mexico sales leadership where field marketing plans are co-created, embedded in territory/account plans, and reflected in higher engagement with marketing programs and stronger forecast confidence.</li> <li>Improve lead management performance from field programs (speed-to-lead, routing accuracy, and follow-up quality), resulting in higher conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.</li> <li>Increase the ROI of Mexico marketing investments by using attribution and performance data to reallocate budget toward the highest-performing channels and programs, generating more pipeline and revenue per dollar spent.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we look for</strong></h3> <ul> <li>6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2–4 years in field marketing or a closely related role with direct accountability for pipeline and revenue contribution.</li> <li>Proven success building marketing-sourced pipeline in partnership with direct sales and SDR/XDR teams, ideally in a high-growth or SaaS environment.</li> <li>Hands-on experience designing and executing integrated, full-funnel programs (e.g., events, digital campaigns, account-based initiatives, and partner activities) that move target accounts through the buyer journey and generate measurable pipeline.</li> <li>Strong marketing operations aptitude, including working in Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and a marketing automation platform to manage campaigns, leads, and attribution across the funnel.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to use data and experimentation to make investment decisions—comfortable with conversion analysis, pipeline reporting, and optimizing programs and budgets for ROI.</li> <li>Experience partnering closely with sales leaders to co-build territory and account plans, translating business priorities into concrete marketing strategies, plays, and success measures.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrixed environment, with the ability to represent customer and field needs to regional and global marketing teams and drive alignment.</li> <li>Willingness to travel for customer meetings, field programs, and key internal alignment sessions within Mexico and occasionally across the Americas.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision</li> <li>401(k) Plan</li> <li>Equity awards</li> <li>Flexible time off</li> <li>Paid parental leave</li> <li>Family Planning</li> <li>Gym reimbursement</li> <li>Annual personal development fund</li> <li>Work headphones reimbursement</li> <li>E
