The Bosch Training Center East Asia ( C/BTC-EA) is a newly established regional learning organization formed through the integration of the Bosch Training Center ASEAN (C/BTC-AS) and Bosch Training Center Japan (C/BTC-JP), effective 1 September 2026. C/BTC-EA is responsible for driving learning and capability development across East Asia, covering ASEAN, Japan, and Korea, while collaborating closely with global Bosch learning networks and stakeholders. C/BTC-EA is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to lead their Learning & Development strategy advocating a learning culture across East Asia. As it is currently in the integration journey, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a new regional organization, shape future ways of working, and gain firsthand experience in organizational integration and transformation within a multinational environment. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Learning and Development, East Asia, you will work with diverse stakeholders across countries and functions, supporting learning initiatives in an increasingly regional and global context. This role is ideal for learning professionals who are passionate about people development, enjoy working across cultures, and aspire to broaden their exposure in a dynamic international environment. In this role, you will work as: Manage assigned learning portfolios and support the implementation of learning and development initiatives across East Asia (ASEAN, Japan, and Korea). Act as a learning consultant to identify capability development needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions. Design, coordinate, and deliver learning programs, workshops, and learning events in various learning formats. Collaborate with business leaders, HR, trainers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective learning delivery and learner engagement. Support C/BTC-EA communication, promotion, learning analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and manage regional/global projects if assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related areas. Good understanding of learning methodologies and adult learning principles. Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and regional environment. Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (experience with learning platforms or LMS is an advantage).
