The Opportunity Are you ready to join a world-class team at Adobe in Dublin or London? As a Global Employment Tax Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to impact our global employment tax strategy and compliance. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of excellence to help us navigate the complex regulatory environment and contribute to our ambitious growth. What you'll Do Manage all elements of tax compliance to ensure the company meets tax regulations associated with employment tax, such as income tax, payroll tax, and social security tax. Provide expert advice on employment tax matters to cross-functional partners & business, including mentorship on the tax implications of compensation, benefits, travel & expenses, and remote work. Strategically lead global projects with various internal partners and provide comprehensive project reports and documentation. Support employment tax audits, gather and analyse data, and help respond to information requests. Stay apprised of changing tax laws and regulations, proactively addressing any necessary actions, communications, or education. Identify and drive operational improvements and adopt market standard methodologies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Encourage clear communication and cooperation with cross-functional teams and lead all aspects of external tax providers to guarantee a positive experience for Adobe and our employees. What you need to succeed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, tax, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in tax compliance, including payroll tax, benefit tax, and equity-related tax issues. Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate well-reasoned judgements in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. Self-starter with intellectual curiosity to delve beyond the surface of issues. Ability to balance competing priorities and work effectively under pressure. Mastery in calculations, graphing, tables, and automation to process large quantities of data for analytical projects. Preferred certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACA or FCA (Chartered Accountant), EA (Enrolled Agent).
