Hardware Validation Subproject Manager

The Cross-Domain Computing Solutions (XC) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for radar, display, Electronic Battery Sensor, Powernet Guardian, comfort functions). These products are engineered to a state of the art level both in technology and reliability. Your tasks: ► Responsible project coordination in validation (environmental, EMC and electric) of automotive control units, including coordination of validation sub-project team ► Scheduling, coordination, reporting and documentation of complete validation projects from acquisition till final reporting ► Coordination of validation scope definition including virtualization and risk management aspects together with experts ► Cost and effort calculation, tracking and control ► Capacity planning and tracking ► Coordination of the cooperation in the test preparation (HW, test system development, test SW development, preparation in laboratory) ► Daily coordination of validation sub-project during the execution, including driving the investigation of findings ► Representation of validation in development project team ► Keeping contact with other development domains, laboratories customers and other relevant stakeholders ► B.Sc or M.Sc. management or engineering ► Outstanding organizational-coordination skills, active driving of topics & task follow-up, ► Open communication ► Responsible conduct, agility and teamwork, ► Willingness to learn, openness to new technologies, technical solutions, disciplines ► Proficiency in English language (German is advantage) both written and spoken ► General, user level knowledge about MS Office & AI tools What gives you further advantages: ► Relevant experience in testing or validation (EMC, electric or environmental) ► Relevant experience in hardware development ► Relevant experience in project management ► Relevant experience in test system development
