Segment ownership in the CCON production flow with responsibility for the internal defect cost, process quality gates and claim handling Monitoring of quality indicators, leading of own projects to improve relevant KPIs Leading of production related customer claims in 8D systematic Derivation and implementation of failure prevention measures and systematic improvements Support in supplier claims Risk evaluation of part deviations in close collaboration with the international development team Derivation of quality assurance plans for new products Preparing and assisting in conducting audits  University/collage or technical degree (electrical- or mechanical engineering, quality specialization is an advantage) Experience in quality assurance, knowledge of problem-solving methods Independent way of thinking, load capacity Good logical and analytical skills Good communicaton skills and sense of responsibility Intermediate level of English Office knowledge (Excel, PPT etc.)
