You'll be joining the APAC Technical Services team, part of Workday's Global Services organization dedicated to implementing our cloud-based software. We own the Data Conversion, Integration, and Extend workstreams on Workday implementation projects. About the Role As a Senior Integration Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering successful Workday Student deployments, leading integration architecture and providing advisory support to implementation partners across the full project lifecycle. You'll work closely with customers, partners, project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, architects, and third-party vendors to define the integration strategy, shape scalable solution designs, and connect Workday Student with the wider higher education technology landscape. You'll bring strong technical problem-solving skills, a solid grasp of integration architecture and delivery methods, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You'll help partners and customers understand integration requirements, weigh up design options, resolve technical challenges, and adopt Workday implementation best practices. You'll support integrations across key Workday Student areas, including: Student records, admissions, curriculum, registration, and enrolment Academic advising, student success, progression, completion, and graduation Student financials, financial aid, scholarships, payments, and sponsorships Identity management, learning management systems, reporting, analytics, and compliance platforms Third-party higher education applications, including timetabling, exams, document management, campus services, and partner solutions As a senior member of the team, you'll lead design discussions, provide technical assurance, contribute reusable integration patterns, and help drive high-quality outcomes for our higher education customers.
