We manage the spaces, services, and operational details that make our offices welcoming, productive, secure, and ready to support a rapidly growing organization.</p> <p>We work across Facilities, Recruiting, People Operations, IT, Security, and Executive Support. Our responsibilities shift with office activity, hiring volume, leadership meetings, employee events, and evolving business needs.</p> <h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2> <p>As a Workplace Operations Associate, you will help run the day-to-day experience of Turing’s Palo Alto office. You will be a visible and trusted onsite resource, helping ensure that employees can work productively and that candidates, customers, executives, and other visitors receive a thoughtful and professional experience.</p> <p>This is a multifaceted, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to understand how a fast-growing AI company operates from the inside. You will support workplace services, interviews, employee onboarding, office technology, vendor coordination, events, access processes, and business-critical meetings.</p> <p>The breadth of the role creates exposure to teams and leaders across the organization. As you build expertise and demonstrate reliable execution, you may have opportunities to contribute to increasingly complex projects within Workplace, People Operations, Recruiting, IT, Executive Support, or other business functions.</p> <h2><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></h2> <p>A high-performing workplace removes friction.
