Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

As a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack , you will play a key role in building fast, accessible, scalable, and intuitive web applications. This is a frontend-focused full-stack role where strong expertise in modern frontend engineering is essential, complemented by solid backend development experience. You’ll translate complex business requirements into elegant user experiences, build reusable and high-performance UI components, and work across the stack to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions. Responsibilities Build modular, reusable, and high-performance UI components using ReactJS and/or EmberJS. Design and implement responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend practices . Own frontend architecture, performance optimization, rendering efficiency, and maintainability across applications. Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services using Ruby on Rails or Java. Contribute to backend development, service integrations, databases, and other components across the technology stack. Write clean, modular, scalable, and testable code with a strong focus on quality and performance. Diagnose and resolve complex frontend and full-stack issues through effective debugging and troubleshooting. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, SRE, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences. Contribute to design systems, reusable UI patterns, accessibility standards, and frontend engineering best practices. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture/design decisions, and Agile ceremonies. Explore and adopt AI-powered tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity and development efficiency. Contribute to building reliable, observable, and scalable applications with appropriate attention to availability and fault tolerance.     3–5 years of professional software engineering experience , with strong hands-on experience in frontend development and meaningful exposure to backend engineering. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development. Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS ; experience with EmberJS is an advantage. Good understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, state management, responsive design, and browser fundamentals. Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization , rendering efficiency, accessibility, and UX best practices. Good working experience with Ruby on Rails or Java and the ability to develop, integrate, and troubleshoot backend services. Solid understanding of REST APIs, data structures, algorithms, OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles . Experience working with relational databases and familiarity with caching, distributed queues, microservices, and service integrations. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP . Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile, cross-functional engineering teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with Product and Design teams.
